1. Payment

100% payment is required in advance via Online Banking before the commencement of any project.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Digital Eye Solution are non-refundable once the project has started.

3. 90 Days Support

We provide 90 days of free technical support and bug fixes after the website is completed.

This support covers only technical issues and bugs; additional modifications or feature requests will be charged separately.

4. Website Ownership

Once the full payment is received, the client owns the website and its content.

Any third-party tools, plugins, or licensed materials used in the website remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with Pakistani law.

6. Amendments & Modifications

Any changes to the project scope, terms, or services require a written agreement signed by both parties.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior consent.
